No — you can post a proposal even without a car. For example, if you plan to book a transfer with a taxi or transfer company, just post it so others can join. And if you do have a car (e.g. a rental), you can also post your trip and offer seats. 🚗
The best way is to first check if a transfer proposal already exists for your desired date. If not, just post your own transfer proposal. If someone is planning the same trip, they’ll contact you and you’ll be notified by email.
